Meet our Founder

Oyindamola is a highly accomplished Product Leader with a diverse background in the creation of thriving innovative solutions, ecosystem development, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to promoting STEM education and digital literacy.

As an individual who is passionate about people and technology, Oyindamola made a significant impact as the Chief Operating Officer at Simbi Interactives where she spearheaded the development of an exceptional product while providing effective leadership to her team. She has also made an impact in other companies by helping them reach their various goals.

Her commitment to ensuring equitable access to opportunities has driven her involvement in numerous volunteer projects. Her primary objective has always been to enhance the inclusion of women and children within the tech ecosystem, improve living standards of youths by giving them access to resources, address digital literacy challenges, and promote STEM education across various communities.

Oyindamola's academic qualifications include an MBA with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence from Nexford University in the USA with a background as a self-taught software developer. Her goal is to create a world where anyone, no matter their background, can dive into the STEM field and digital ecosystem and thrive. This aspiration is why she created Augment Potentials, a project with the aim to create a world of equal access and boundless opportunities for all. Through Augment Potentials, Oyindamola is actively working towards making her vision of an inclusive, thriving, and technologically advanced world a reality.
